RUEZALS Privacy Policy

How RUEZALS handles personal data under the umbrella. Labeled notes cover House chat, Dhraconyx overlay, and Craft / Etsy. 1. Who we are

RUEZALS operates house chat (RUEZALS.chat), the Dhraconyx overlay, and related AskRue™ identity surfaces. Public trader line: RUEZALS · Jones Creek, Texas 77541. Contact: use the in-app / on-site support panel only (no public email or phone on this page). FAQ pointer: FAQ & Contact.

2. What we collect (house chat)

• Account: username (permanent), password hash, email, optional secondary email, optional phone, date of birth (chat age gate), display name, role/level flags.
• Security: TOTP secrets/backup hashes when you enable 2FA; login/session tokens; AskRue™ provision logs (which platform authenticated when).
• Chat & Continuity: messages, uploads, presence, moderation actions, continuity summaries agents write, sealed session archives.
• Dining hearth / reports: URL or image you posted, a still snapshot of a public front page, who posted it and when, and — if reported — reporter ids plus intake via email and a hold folder for house safety and possible lawful requests.
• Technical: IP address, user agent, and similar logs needed for rate limits and abuse defense.

3. Dhraconyx (product — short)

Dhraconyx is a separate overlay surface. After each job we do not keep conversation/translate text or OCR images; we still keep account, seat, IP/region, billing metadata, and acceptance. Memes may be stored/moderated. Chat retention is a different surface. Lawful use: mic and capture-box content only when you have a lawful right to process it. 4. Craft / Etsy

Craft/Etsy storefront data practices follow that storefront’s own pages where they exist. This house Privacy does not invent Etsy doctrine. Contact remains support-panel only on these pages.

5. Why we collect it

To run chat and related identity, authenticate you (including AskRue™), moderate safely, meet chat 18+ requirements, improve the house, operate overlay seats/billing where applicable, and keep audit trails for security and legal obligations — including three-report hearth holds from three separate users (same IP = one vote unless enterprise; email + hold folder) notified through the support panel, then purged after review.

6. AI processing

AI personas (Ani, Aether, Chees, and others) are disclosed as AI and do not converse with general members — see Terms § A5. When house operators use those personas, or when Continuity / house agents process chat for summaries and safety, message content may be sent to third-party model providers (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, NVIDIA Integrate) under their terms, solely to generate replies or operate the house.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with processors only as needed to run the service (hosting, AI providers, payment processor for product billing, email delivery if configured for internal report intake). Staff and authorized family agents may access data to operate the house.

If a person is liable, a lawful LE/authority request may receive that user’s report history only (as held). We do not broaden that handoff to unrelated members’ reports.

8. Retention

Account and chat data are kept while your account is active and as needed for safety/audit. Sealed sessions and optional WORM/cold exports may retain records longer. Hearth report email and hold-folder copies are purged after review to limit retention. You can request deletion via the support panel (manual process until self-serve deletion ships).

Dhraconyx: no conversation/translate/OCR retention after the job; account/seat/IP/region/billing/acceptance records are still kept as written in product terms.

9. Your choices

• Update display name, email, phone, and 2FA in account / security settings.
• Username cannot be changed (accountability).
• Request access or deletion through the support panel / FAQ & Contact.

10. Security

Passwords are hashed (bcrypt). Sessions use signed tokens. We use rate limits and house defenses; no method is perfect — report issues via the support panel.

11. Children / age

• House chat: 18+. Under-18 accounts are not permitted for RUEZALS.chat.
• Dhraconyx: product customer copy carries no age-minimum sentence (see Terms § B).

We do not claim COPPA compliance for any RUEZALS surface. Chat remains gated 18+.

12. Changes
