This phone is a key — not the chat browser. Hold it upright. Unlock here; the desktop AskRue™ door unlocks with you.
How it works
- Keep the computer on the AskRue™ login (The Ethier Chat · Awaits).
- On this phone, open AskRue™ (sideload APK — not Expo Go) — or scan the triangle mark when it asks. Get a new build from askrue-app.html.
- Hold the phone upright. Allow / Deny the challenge — that unlocks the website on the computer.
You do not sign into the full chat house from a phone browser. The desktop Bar stays on the computer screen.
Update or reinstall
If splash showed then the app died, that install cannot be patched in place. Sideload a new APK from the house download page — Android’s usual path until Play is open. In the app: Settings → Check for update.
Unlock without browsing chat
Approving a login challenge verifies your key. It does not open the dining hall on this phone — it frees the desktop session you are unlocking.
